Former Students Receive High Achievements

Ethan Dial accepts position as the Ouachita Baptist University student body President.

Central has the reputation of producing many individuals who are ready to take on the world. Not only Central as a whole but many former Tiger staff writers have gone on to participate in wonderful things.

One of those students is former Central graduate and co-editor of the Tiger newspaper for the 2015-2016 school year Ethan Dial.

Ethan graduated high school in 2016 and plans to graduate college in 2020. Since graduating high school and becoming a college student Ethan has been A staff writer for The Signal Ouachita’s newspaper, the Online Editor for two years and next year he will be both the Online and Print head editor. Ethan is also involved in Ouachita Student Senate. He as been Senator, Executive Secretary, Vice President and next year he will be Student Body President. He is also involved in the social club Eta Alpha Omega and is Ouachita Student Foundation member.

“The Tiger is what made my high school career so amazing! It not only prepared me for what I would experience in my major at college, but gave me an opportunity of responsibility and leadership that forever influenced my sense of work ethic. In room 101, I made some of my best friends and best high school memories. I will forever be grateful for the lasting impact The Tiger made and even the black ink that continuously stained my fingers,” Ethan said.

Central has produced many successful people and continues to do so.
