Mr. Frank Stewart, author of book “Father Deficiency,” spoke to students today about family and how it is the most important institution. Stewart spoke about how the absence of family life and a father figure can lead to effects on home, school, family dynamics, emotional development, and a negative economic impact.

Stewart explained how the loss of his father lead him to drugs, a life of poverty, and thoughts of suicide.

“If this is fixed, the issues of our country will be fixed,” Stewart said.
